Who is realestatevoyager.com?

RealEstateVoyager.com is not an agent of either you, the consumer, or any participating bank, lender or loan broker.

 

RealEstateVoyager.com’s services are administrative and consultative only. You should rely on your own judgment in deciding which approved real estate broker suits your needs. You are under no obligation to use RealEstateVoyager.com to commence the financing process through one of our suggested lenders, and RealEstateVoyager.com does not guarantee that completing a loan request will result in your receiving a loan from one of the lenders.  

When completing the home loans form on RealEstateVoyager.com, you are only requesting that a loan officer on the RealEstateVoyager.com contact you and that this is NOT an application for credit. Rather, it is a request for a possible loan pre-approval or whatever is discussed between the loan officer and consumer. You may have to complete an application with one of the lenders before they will extend an unconditional loan offer to you. The lender you select may require you to pay an application fee to cover the costs of an appraisal or various other items. RealEstateVoyager.com does not charge you, the consumer, any fees for its services. RealEstateVoyager.com receives its compensation from real estate brokers for the services actually provided by RealEstateVoyager.com. 

Federal Disclosures  

Your loan request will be forwarded to one of the lenders on the RealEstateVoyager.com network, and these lenders may make certain disclosures to you. These disclosures, which are required by the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and certain other federal and state laws, include details of your cost of credit; good faith estimates of your settlement costs; HUD mandated booklets “Guide to Settlement Costs” and/or “When your Home is on the Line”; notices concerning the possibility that your mortgage loan servicing may be transferred; and your right to a copy of any appraisal, if any, performed on your home. The Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract), because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program, or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. The federal agency that administers compliance with this law is the Federal Trade Commission, Equal Credit Opportunity, Washington, DC 20580.

Electronic Disclosures

Consent For Electronic Disclosures Under The Electronic Signatures In Global And National Commerce Act

Introduction. You are submitting a request for a loan referral or a real estate referral form (hereinafter, a "Request") through RealEstateVoyager.com. RealEstateVoyager.com can only give you the benefits of our service by conducting its business through the Internet. In order to do this, we need you to consent to our giving you certain disclosures electronically. This document informs you of your rights when receiving legally required disclosures, notices and information ("Disclosures") from RealEstateVoyager.com and the banks, lenders, loan brokers and real estate professionals to whom your Request is submitted. By completing and submitting a Request through RealEstateVoyager.com, you acknowledge receipt of this document and consent to the electronic delivery of such Disclosures.  

Electronic Communications. Any Disclosures related to your Request will be provided to you electronically through the RealEstateVoyager.com website. However, if you wish to obtain a paper copy of any of the Disclosures, you may write to us via our contact us page. Paper copies will be provided to you at no charge.

Consenting to Do Business Electronically. Before you decide to do business electronically with RealEstateVoyager.com, you should consider whether you have the required hardware and software capabilities described below.  

Scope of Consent. Your consent to receive Disclosures and to do business electronically, and our agreement to do so, only applies to this Request. You will receive Disclosures from RealEstateVoyager.com, and you may also receive Disclosures and other communications from our participating lenders, moving companies or real estate professionals. After your Request is transmitted to one or more of our participating lenders, moving companies or real estate professionals, and after you decide to continue to pursue your Request, then you and the lender, moving company or real estate professional should discuss how subsequent Disclosures will be delivered.

Hardware and Software Requirements. To access and retain the Disclosures electronically, you will need to use the following computer software and hardware: Internet Explorer 4.0 or above, Netscape Navigator 4.0 or above or equivalent software; and hardware capable of running this software.

Withdrawing Consent. Because RealEstateVoyager.com will provide the Disclosures to you instantaneously, you will not be able to withdraw your consent to do business electronically with RealEstateVoyager.com. However, you may withdraw your consent to do business electronically with our participating lenders, moving companies or real estate professionals at no cost to you. You may do so by contacting the lender, moving company or real estate professional at the mailing address, e-mail address or telephone number they provide with their offer. If you decide to withdraw your consent, the legal validity and enforceability of prior electronic Disclosures will not be affected.

Changes to Your Contact Information. You should keep us informed of any change in your electronic or mailing address. You may contact RealEstateVoyager.com Customer Service.

YOUR ABILITY TO ACCESS DISCLOSURES. BY COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU CAN ACCESS THE ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES IN THE DESIGNATED FORMATS DESCRIBED ABOVE.  

CONSENT. BY COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST, YOU CONSENT TO HAVING ALL DISCLOSURES PROVIDED OR MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU IN ELECTRONIC FORM AND TO UTILIZING REALESTATEVOYAGER.COM’S SERVCIES.

PLEASE PRINT AND RETAIN A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR YOUR RECORDS.
